Yocabè is an innovative startup active in the field of e-commerce, and in particular in the marketplace segment. Thanks to the proprietary technology and a logistic infrastructure integrated with the main marketplaces, Yocabè has created an end-to-end solution that allows Brands and Distributors to accelerate online sales on Marketplaces in a fast, scalable and stress-free way.
After successfully concluding a €0.6M round bridge with the support of Growth Capital, Yocabè was looking for new funding in order to accelerate its growth path by further developing and strengthening its technology infrastructure, improving operation management and acquiring new customers.
THE ADVISOR’S SUPPORT
Growth Capital acted as exclusive advisor to Yocabè in the successful structuring of a €2.0 million capital increase. GC took care of the preparation of the documentation package (from the business plan to the pitching material), the identification of the lead investor and the support to the negotiation. The transaction was subsequently finalized through an equity crowdfunding campaign.
