This deal marks the third strategic acquisition executed with Growth Capital’s continued support, following the acquisitions of Flatmates and BIOSS in 2024.
Founded in 2020 by Francesco Marino, Simone Tornabene, and Matteo Roversi, Cosmico is a platform that connects over 27,000 digital professionals with companies and organizations in search of talent. This acquisition allows Cosmico to continue bringing its community-driven model to companies and to expand its offering of experiences for employees.
