Bnbkit, Ecosmic, Homepay, LexSA, Monetunes and Qodeup have been selected Batch#7 of A-Road. Founded five years ago by Growth Capital, A-Road is today one of Italy's leading programs for scaleups that have moved beyond the seed stage and are targeting a Series A round.

A-Road by the numbers
Across seven batches, A-Road has supported 33 scaleups, with average revenue growth of over +70% year on year. Alumni from the first five batches have collectively raised over €150M in capital and completed 5 exits, with a success rate above 90%.

Bnbkit | Digital / Home Services
Bnbkit is an operating system to "hotelize" the micro-operations of short-term rentals, integrating logistics, cleaning, maintenance and technology for hosts and property managers. The startup is founded by Matteo Campodonico (Co-Founder & CEO) and Maurizio Losi. They will be supported by A-Road mentor Paola Bonomo, Vice Chair of IAG, and Non-Executive Director of Admiral Group, INWIT, and FAAC.
Ecosmic | Deep Tech / SpaceTech
Ecosmic provides reliable intelligence to scale and secure space operations. Their software supports collision avoidance, orbit determination, asset recovery, and anomaly characterization. The startup is founded by Benedetta Cattani (CEO), Imane Marouf (CCO) and Gaia Roncalli (CPO). Micol Fornaroli, Operating Partner FSI and Senior Advisor McKinsey Life Sciences, will mentor Ecosmic.
Homepay | Fintech / Payments
Homepay is the payment infrastructure for the real estate sector, with a mission to make every real estate transaction secure, simple, and transparent. The startup is founded by Edoardo Ribichesu (CEO), Mikel Amilburu (CCO) and Carlos Carrión (CPO). Tommaso Gamaleri, Group Executive VP at Younited, will mentor Homepay as part of the A-Road program.
LexSA | Software / LegalTech
LexSA is a Vertical Agentic Operating System for tax and accounting, executing work end-to-end, from document analysis to litigation briefs. The startup is founded by Simone Hong (CEO) and Claudio Cama (CTO). Andrea Mignanelli, Former Group CEO of Cerved, will be LexSA's Top CEO & Mentor.
Monetunes | Media / Music Publishing
Monetunes is an AI-powered rights platform that helps songwriters, producers and record labels collect royalties, manage catalogs, and monetize IP globally with transparency and speed. The startup is founded by Antonio Di Puorto (Co-founder & CEO) and Mark Stanbury (Co-founder & CRO). Alessandro Petazzi, CEO of Lastminute.com, will mentor Monetunes as part of A-Road.
Qodeup | Software / SaaS
Qodeup is a smart platform for restaurants with seamless, app-free digital payments and high-value services like verified reviews, loyalty and personalized in-store experiences. The startup is founded by Fabio Marniga (CEO & Co-founder) and Stefano Allegra (CTO & Co-founder). Duccio Vitali, CEO of Alkemy Group, will support Qodeup throughout the A-Road program.
How the program works
Selected scaleups receive an initial investment of €200,000 from Growth Engine, a venture capital holding company focused on pre-seed and seed stage. Founded by Michele Appendino, Marco Ariello, Andrea Marangione and Fabio Mondini de Focatiis, Growth Engine has a portfolio of over 50 companies, 12 completed exits and one write-off.
Each scaleup receives continuous one-to-one support from a dedicated mentor who, drawing on extensive experience in scaling high-growth companies, will accompany them throughout the acceleration process. A-Road's Top CEO & Mentors include: Paola Bonomo, Micol Fornaroli, Tommaso Gamaleri, Andrea Mignanelli, Milena Mondini de Focatiis (Group CEO, Admiral), Alessandro Petazzi, Duccio Vitali and Andrea Zocchi (Managing Director, Deliveroo Italia).
Throughout the program, scaleups have access to training workshops, professional services and ad-hoc consulting from Partners including McKinsey & Company, Amazon Web Services, Legance and Carter&Benson, as well as expert sessions and events featuring exceptional speakers from the innovation ecosystem, successful entrepreneurs and venture capital operators.
The program also provides dedicated fundraising support: Growth Capital will take a tailored approach to identifying the right investors and investment structure, minimising the time needed to reach a Series A round.
