Remote-Working Week
Our team is our biggest asset and we constantly invest in maintaining a cohesive and collaborative work environment. Each year, we travel together for a week of remote work in a chosen destination - living, eating, and exploring new places as a group. In previous years, we went to Tenerife, Puglia, Sicily, Portugal, and the French Riviera.
Strategic Day
We also hold an annual Strategic Day, a day trip where every team member has a voice in shaping the company's direction, along with team building activities.
