INVESTMENTS UP 35% IN Q1 2022 COMPARED TO Q1 2021
€420 million were invested in Venture Capital in Italy during the first three months of 2022, across a total of 54 funding rounds - marking a 35% increase in capital invested compared to the first quarter of 2021. This is the key insight from the first edition of the Venture Capital Observatory in Italy, developed by Growth Capital - the first Italian advisor specialized in capital increases and extraordinary finance operations for startups and scaleups - in collaboration with Italian Tech Alliance, the national association for Venture Capital, innovation investors, startups, and innovative SMEs.
