GC supported PayDo on due diligence activities, drafting the business plan, negotiating with the buyer, managing the communications with the shareholders and and coordinating the process. The buyer is TXT, an international IT group listed on Borsa Italiana's STAR segment.
The transaction involves an initial investment of €2M and the acquisition of a minority stake with the option to increase its ownership in the following 3 years.
