GC acted as financial advisor in Kippy’s acquisition by Datamars SA, a Swiss provider of solutions for the pet care markets, backed by the PE fund Columna Capital (AUM of €1B). Datamars acquired 100% of Kippy’s share capital. The transaction was structured in the framework of the acceleration and fundraising program A-Road.
Previously GC supported the company in raising €5M, with investors including Oltre Impact, Azimut, and Lumen Ventures.
