During the transaction process, Vedrai emerged as a strong strategic partner for Indigo.ai. Vedrai is a fast-growing group specializing in AI-driven decision intelligence solutions for SMEs, with a focus on advanced decision-support technologies. Founded in 2020, the group raised €40 million within two years and is pursuing the ambition of becoming a leading artificial intelligence hub in Italy and across Europe.
With the support of Growth Capital, Indigo.ai completed the sale of 60% of its share capital to Vedrai. Growth Capital acted as advisor to Indigo.ai throughout the transaction, supporting the company in identifying and engaging the most suitable strategic buyer, structuring the transaction, preparing due diligence materials, and negotiating the terms of the deal through to closing.
Indigo.ai had previously participated in the first batch of the A-Road acceleration program, further supporting its growth and market positioning.
