In 2024, the company generated approximately €10 million in revenues, with over 1.5 million audio characters sold and a community of more than 300,000 families. The recently launched FABA+ device has recorded strong commercial traction, with 30,000–35,000 units sold, and the brand consistently ranks among the top three products on Amazon Italy in its category.
With the support of Growth Capital, FABA completed a €3.7 million Series A round and a subsequent €4.5 million extension, for a total of €8.2 million raised. The transaction was led by Oltre Impact and CDP Venture Capital, with the participation of CDP’s EduTech Accelerator and AD4Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Mediaset Group.
Growth Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor, supporting FABA in structuring the transaction, preparing deal documentation, and negotiating with investors.
