With the support of GC, FABA closed a €3.7M Series A Round (led by Oltre Impact and CDP Venture Capital) and a €4.5M Extension (led by Oltre Impact and CDP Venture Capital with the participation of CDP's EduTech Accelerator and AD4Ventures, CVC arm of Mediaset Group), fo a total of €8.2M.
GC acted as FABA’s exclusive advisor in structuring the Series A Round, supporting the Company in preparing the transaction documentation and in negotiating with the identified investors.
