As the time of its latest fundraising round, over 350 European companies, including HPE, Equinix, and Leonardo, had already adopted Cubbit's technology.
Growth Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Cubbit in raising a late Seed fundraising round. The round was led by LocalGlobe and ETF Partners, followed by Verve Ventures, 2100 VC, Growth Engine, Eurenergia, Hydra, and Moonstone, with follow-on by Primo Capital, CDP VC and Azimut.
Growth Capital supported Cubbit in all stages of execution: investor management, definition of the transaction structure, negotiation of the term sheet and investment agreement, and closing.
Cubbit previously took part in the third batch of the A-Road acceleration program.
