Growth Capital supports PayDo (Plick), Italian B2B #fintech startup active in the digital #payments space, in finalizing an investment agreement with TXT GROUP, global digital enabler listed on Borsa Italiana’s STAR segment.  
 
The transaction involves an initial #investment of €2M, aimed at the domestic and international #growth of PayDo, and the acquisition of a minority stake. TXT then has the option to increase its ownership to over 51% by 2026 in two steps: a first acquisition from the majority shareholder to reach 30%, and an option to further increase its participation to at least 51% of the capital, at a valuation equal to 10 times the adj. EBITDA resulting from PayDo’s financials as of December 31, 2025.
