PayDo, an Italian fintech startup operating in digital payments - founded by Donato Vadruccio and offering market-ready solutions since 2018 - has closed a financing round of approximately €2.2 million. The round was subscribed by Piteco, a global leader in financial software, along with new corporate and private investors, as well as existing shareholders. Growth Capital supported the company in preparing the financial documentation and legal review necessary to complete the transaction.
